PAYT
- Selectmen have inquired when we plan to present our findings and recommendations to them. We will reply that we will present to a Working Session in Sept and to the Full Board in October for their approval.
- Fred will meet with Nauset Disposal to learn where they take their recyclables.

- Request budget allocation from Selectmen for printing educational materials, flyers, mailings - $8,000
- Conduct Community Survey to learn more about resident habits and preferences, obtain feedback from recommendations. Survey to be distributed at Windmill Weekend, at Town Hall, Library, COA,
- Committee to review potential for other Transfer Station improvements
Community Survey
- Lian will contact Andrea to make sure we have fiunal copy to hand out at Windmill Weekend. She will ask Andrea to add the Committee Logo to the top of the Survey.
Swap Shop
- Tour of Harwich and Chatham Swap Shops is Aug 28
- Committee plans to send reps to Off-Cape Swap Shop Conference to be held on Sept. 11.
Windmill Weekend
- Committee agreed to have a table on the Green Sept 7 and 8 from 10-4. A Banner with the logo “Eastham Recycles” will be obtained and placed at the booth.

- Fred to contact Jack Slavin to change our regularly scheduled meeting dates to the second Tuesday of the month, at 5:30 PM starting in October, 2013.
